      Good benefits, Great PTO, flexible schedules

      Cons

      Pay is low, appreciation for hard work is non existent from management. Constantly told how good the company is doing, then increases come out and you get next to nothing. No loyalty due to management's inability to address issues. Zero communication. Many lazy worthless workers. promotion according to who you know not what kind of job you do. The company is extremely top heavy...too many chiefs...many of whom do very little. No appreciation of the little guy doing all the work.

      Interesting business ,always changing ,client meetings are always different

      Spent a year plus building a sales team with knowledge that my compensation plan was unrealistic . I believed finally that 2015 those numbers would be reached . They let me go before that could be realized ,someone else will reap the benefit of my hard work .

      Engineer - Good Learning Experience

      Pros

      Job is fairly flexible schedule wise (coming and going for the day). The pay is good, even for someone new to the industry/entry level. Also, 4 weeks of paid vacation a year when you start! It has been a good learning experience. Co-workers are great and always helpful with questions.

      Cons

      There is a general lack of training in this location. It is more of a 'through you in and see if you swim' philosophy. There is a decent amount of turnover. Complications regularly arise from inexperienced sales account managers misquoting projects, and having new/inexperienced engineers working on projects beyond their ability/knowledge. Managers are always very busy, so it is often hard to get needed answers to questions. Plus the expectations of the company with 'promised completion dates' on projects creates fairly frequent stress.
