      Pros

      Very much a technology and computer driven office atmosphere. The computer programs are from at least the 2005 era. The office has very few paper files and everything is stored digitally.

      Cons

      Modern-day technology. If you need to get a new battery for your mouse, you just need to save the old one, take it in person to the front desk during normal business hours, they go to a locked drawer, take the old one and then give you a new one. If that takes too much of your time, just stay late to make up for what you spent. Paperless office. If you want to get a pad of paper, you have to go in person the front desk and they will get from a locked cabinet. Cuts down on filing space. And that's if you a re a professional in the office.

      Pros

      The company is stable and offers fairly good benefits. The work load and expectations are reasonable and the employer is accommodating to flexible family needs.

      Cons

      The work environment here is very cool, people keep to themselves and since the company large, the feel is very corporate. On-boarding was rough and after having been in the group for 6+ months, I feel there is not much team spirit.
