      Great Benefits, Room For Growth, Multiple Shifts, Stable home life. Culture among-st the techs is great.

      Cons

      Training could use some improvement - more structure is needed. Get better free coffee.

      Flexible on hours; great overtime; good environment; good place to get experience; good benefits

      Cons

      No career advancement; management does not pay attention to performance; promotions not performance based but political; too many managers without experience in what they are managing; little knowledge in upper management; pay does not nearly fit the amount of work required and management not willing to pay for quality employees

      Friendly work colleagues. Old fashioned working environment. The excellent people at the coal face deserve better.

      Poor salary Broken promises No support Severe cost cutting People made 'redundant' regularly Only work for Intertek if you have no other options.
