Too much gossip, low pay, no bonus, will not allow you to be on PTO, morale was low after how they treated employees during covid-19. MADE employees come into office during COVID-19 without any precautions or daily cleaning preventions. No growth opportunities. I would not recommend this place even to my enemies.

Gossip, Lack of Management Support, Micromanagement, Stockholders over Employees every time. Moral is very bad. If someone leaves, they are replaced internally with someone who does not have any training in management and then they are left to figure out everything on their own. They routinely add extra work and duties without any acknowledgement or change in pay. Raises are very minimal and reluctantly given, even when the company is profitable. Salaries were cut for 6 months during COVID, and they exceeded their profits during that time, but employees were never compensated for those sacrifices.
