Stable company with consistant growth. business lines are starting to share information. overall job oppertunity around the globe.
Cons
Very old management style where employees lower than the corporate ranks have little say. Poor to nonexistant training for up coming managers, and current training tools are ineffective. Leans on bright stars or overperformers far too often. Nepotisim and favoritism are rampant. Revenue and margins are used far too often as how well an office or employees are performing.
