Varied interesting role, plenty of personal development & opportunities to move or be promoted. Salary about average, same with expenses system.

Cons

None really. At the time some colleagues were complaining about an emphasis that was becoming apparent of a target driven approach to securing business. I had no issue with it but do recognise that it could result in a race to the bottom.

Unsatisfied salary pay,sometimes talent is ignored,seniors sometime misbehaved ,manager will put unnecessary pressure in notice period
