4 weeks paid vacation to start.

Cons

Unless you're in management you'll never move up. CEO leading company in wrong direction. Every year employees get 1% or less raises across the board, no matter how hard you work.

Pros

It will expose you to a variety of responsibilities that will make you successful in the professional world. Hands on experience, accounting, report generation. One does get to travel and see places in the United States. The benefit package is quite substantial.

Cons

Almost exclusively travel, living out of hotels, don't recommend this for one with a family because of being away from them a lot. The dollar is a main focus moreso than the emotional health of the person. There really isn't good established boundaries. In rare cases though it does happen are hours low for an individual whilst others are overworked.
