The overall work was interesting and constantly changing.

Cons

In the 5 years that I worked there I had 8 managers. Employees left or were fired and not replaced work just kept being divided amoungst the remaining employees.

Comp is decent. If you are part of the good ole boys network, you may have some opps for advancement.

Cons

No Sales leadership No Sales Strategy Account Managers fight over accounts Minimal opportunity for advancement The electrical division is reeling. Pick a strategy and stick with it for more than a few months. Worst culture I have been a part of.
