      Very bad stressful work culture

      Company location is good and rest nothing is good.

      Cons

      1. Non supportive environment. A lot micro-management in the company. 2. No work from home. 3. No trust on any employees. 4. Company is doing favors for giving work from home options to employees

As a company we have always stood by our employees and done what is right by our employees and our company. Those who are from Delhi, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore, work from home is already permitted. If there is genuine request and need, management approves WFH where possible, sometimes the situation or the clients mandate do not allow us to do so. We would love to address the concerns that you seem to have, if you can elaborate on the issues we can surely work with you and grow in the process. We are working hard to ensure our employees are supported during tough times, thank you for your feedback.

      Company hired female goons to threaten the employees

      No pros in this company, very bad experience.

      I read the prior reviews about the company, in fact all those negative reviews are true. I worked in this organisation very short period. I lost mental peace, very frustrated work culture in the organisation. Female managers sitting in USA are dangerous . Very rude language, non professional tone with employees. It feels that company has hired female goons in USA to threaten the employees. They even don't listen to employees. HR employees are leaving the organisation becoz of this behaviour.

      Worst company ever with unethical work environment

      Don't see any Pros for this company. Very much frustrating work culture

      1. US management treats every employee in the HR dept as laborer in a grocery shop 2. No trust in any employees in India 3. Blood sucking company, heavy workload, and minimum pay 4. Very worst onsite management and over-involvement 5. Company does follow a Protocol system, so the protocol is important 6. Company don't want professional employees, they want labor who listens to top management 7. All human resource employees are leaving the company. Four HR employees resigned and left the organization in one month recently. Shame! Management should think about why HR employees are leaving. 8. No carry forward leaves and No leave encashment 9. Top management is not human being with employess
