-> On the job training and education is excellent. -> Company do not lay off any of their employees, instead they boost employee moral in their difficult situation and give full support. -> Employee retention is good to see here. -> Good, friendly work environment & Healthy work culture. -> WFH facility as & when requested. -> In time salary, which never gets delayed.

Cons

Very few or no negative points.... -> Poor/ Less compensation compared to market rates. -> Should accompany with other perks & benefits which is lacking.
