      Pros

      I don't think that they have any pros, worst company that I joined and going to be regretted forever.

      Cons

      I joined there and I think only for a month and that's because I landed into a wrong team. I joined them thinking that they are one of the employee centric staffing agency but in my point of view they are not. I haven't received any training about their process and ATS though I managed to learn by myself and at 3rd day of joining they told about targets without any prior information or training and they call it process and when I raised issue about it then they don't have answer and started arguing with me which led me to resign. when I complaint about it to her and asked to change my team or provide me some other option, she told me that she doesn't have any option and forced me to proceed for exit which is completely unprofessional and unethical. I found them incapable of handling and managing new employee and no sense of professionalism. I really wasted my entire time for this pathetic organisation and now I am jobless and unemployed just because of their internal politics so please beware before applying or going for an interview with this company.

      Worst company and horrible place to work

      Pros

      Nothing positive to say here. The positive reviews are fake reviews as they are been added by the management themselves.

      Cons

      1. No working environment here 2. Very worst female manager with lots of ego and attitude. Female manager's language and tone are not professional. 3. Employees from the HR department are leaving because of manager's arrogant behaviour. 4. Very confusing work environment, multiple reporting managers, very frustrating work culture. 5. No trust on employees 6. Very rude and micro management 7. Please don't join this company else you are spoiling your mental peace

      Worst company ever with unethical work environment

      Don't see any Pros for this company. Very much frustrating work culture

      Cons

      1. US management treats every employee in the HR dept as laborer in a grocery shop 2. No trust in any employees in India 3. Blood sucking company, heavy workload, and minimum pay 4. Very worst onsite management and over-involvement 5. Company does follow a Protocol system, so the protocol is important 6. Company don't want professional employees, they want labor who listens to top management 7. All human resource employees are leaving the company. Four HR employees resigned and left the organization in one month recently. Shame! Management should think about why HR employees are leaving. 8. No carry forward leaves and No leave encashment 9. Top management is not human being with employess
