      Company location is good and rest nothing is good.

      1. Non supportive environment. A lot micro-management in the company. 2. No work from home. 3. No trust on any employees. 4. Company is doing favors for giving work from home options to employees

As a company we have always stood by our employees and done what is right by our employees and our company. Those who are from Delhi, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore, work from home is already permitted. If there is genuine request and need, management approves WFH where possible, sometimes the situation or the clients mandate do not allow us to do so. We would love to address the concerns that you seem to have, if you can elaborate on the issues we can surely work with you and grow in the process.
