not true at all , if thats the case no one would stay for 3+ years. Maybe no one offer you a job for the loyalty and integrity you have . Change your self .

The time-sheet tool is a product of ideas from various business teams. It’s internally developed and will be improved through constructive suggestions. I’ve been with this organisation for more than 6 years and have no such issues.

Cons

As a new team, the role is continuously changing, but management's positive energy and great communication helps for an easy transition.
