Pay is decent if you put in the work.

Cons

There is no work life balance, you request days off to handle personal business and it gets denied leaving you to either call out or not handle your personal business. No real support from supervisors because they are hardly available unless its a one on one meeting or team meeting. Job is overall very stressful.

Work-from-home, excellent pay, extremely flexible scheduling, etc. etc. etc.! If you work hard and stay focused, there is a LOT of money to be made here. It's sales, so some days are going to be better than others but that's just how the SALES INDUSTRY is! You have TOTAL CONTROL on whether you make $60k/yr or $100k/yr based SOLELY on your amount of effort and focus!
