All sales driven, no vision for the future. The device is old bulky out dated. Look at all their competitors and how they rate compared to CST/Interlock.

Good money, remote positions, and good benefits

Cons

No work stability as you can be fired with no warning, doing budget cuts and slowing down in business, favortism is everything in this company and poor leadership culture. Metrics to meet contuinue to go up as business goes down to save the company money. I also witnessed racism from specific leader and military style sales.
