A Good start as a new grad. Management is Okay. Work from home.

Cons

No movement up the ladder. Based on commission. If can't perform sales then move on to another job. You will have to work weekends varify shifts on weekend else well.

Can do attitude, casual dress, service oriented, lots of recognition from upper management, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Petty and vindictive middle & upper management, lots to do but not given enough time to do it all, higher than usual turnover, some co-workers weren’t as reliable than others, chronic labor shortages.
