      Pros

      Tons of room for advancement and growth. Good benefits. Intoxalock values those who work to make meaningful and positive changes. Intoxalock is big on Employee recognition and the Employee work-life balance. Intoxalock is a Work from Home company! Intoxalock values those who give their best effort and try to do the right things.

      Cons

      Fast-paced workplace. Things at Intoxalock can change in the blink of an eye. Projects and initiatives change priority often. You must be able to be nimble and able to talk about a lot of different subjects to make a successful career.

      Pros

      A very unique company that values different perspectives, accomplishes incredible things, invests in the development of its people and is committed to a purpose that extends well-beyond profitability. There's a true sense of shared fate - which makes it really fun/uplifting in times of celebration and highly collaborative/supportive when challenges arise.

      Cons

      I wouldn't represent this as a 'con', but it's not a company for those that may seek to fly under the radar or coast through their job without regard for performance.

      Lots of employee recognition, great growth opportunities within the company. Great values and standards. Constantly working to improve work life.

      Cons

      Do not join Intoxalock unless you are ready to give it your best effort. They expect everyone to do their best and have great attendance. Not a con for me.
