      Pros

      I was given the opportunity to come in and join the Intoxalock family as a Customer Service Supervisor. 1 1/2 years into my employment, I was promoted to the Assistant Manager of Customer Service. Intoxalock continues to invest into my continued growth and development. I am so grateful that I made the decision to come work at Intoxalock.

      Cons

      The job itself can be challenging, but equally rewarding. If you are not someone who is adaptable to change, this will not be a good job fit for you.

      Pros

      Overall, a great company with strong leadership that really cares about its employees and listens to employees. Kimberly Williams, the CEO, makes an effort to get to know all employees at every level and across the department. You feel valued here, and it makes a big difference in the work we all do. Other pros: - Workplace flexibility and remote work - Strong collaboration across the entire company - within department, across departments and at all levels - Embraces diversity and celebrates differences - Encouraged to bring new, innovative ideas and test and learn mentality

      Nothing unique to Intoxalock. The company does a good job of listening to employees feedback and then create programs that address the feedback.

      Pros

      Management is supportive and I like they are always trying to find ways to improve. Focused on growth, both as a business and in terms of the employees.

      Cons

      Job takes a lot of patience, customers can be difficult and there are alot of calls. Also have to make sure to plan ahead when trying to use pto.
