      Growing company. Company has new investors.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they're doing. Burn out their Agents. Management only cares about what's in it for them. They blame others so they can shine.

      Pros

      Fair pay, great management team, excellent benefits. They allow you to succeed or fail without micromanaging you. Upper management is extremely approachable and HR is always willing to help you if needed. They are a young company with excellent growth potential.

      Cons

      Young company, so they still have issues with getting good processes in place. The communication isnt always great but it is getting better. My review is based on the executive offices as I have no experience in the call center area. (I am in a receuiting position with CST)
