      Pros

      Wide range of IT customers, including top US-based banks. Their portfolio is pretty extensive, so finding a new role/contract won't be an issue (if at all you feel like joining a new client)

      Cons

      The benefits are standard and do not go well with the hybrid work policy. Federal holidays + Sick leaves are provided No 401k contribution by employer

      Good attorney, good engagement managers. Employees won't be disturbed as long as they file time sheets on time
