- Provides a blend of working in a stable company but with a startup mentality, and tonnes of opportunities for growth - Leadership is very understanding and has been constantly acting upon suggestions provided. -

Cons

You need to carve your own path for your success. There is no limit to growth opportunities. However, every individual needs to understand, how their contribution helps towards the company's growth. Lack of understanding can often lead to misalignment of expectations e.g. Salary. On the flip side, if you are able to ask the right questions on how you can create an impact and adjust your goals accordingly, sky is the limit.

Pros

IntraEdge hired me as a vendor for another big company. Through 3.5 years, I didn't have any issues. The experience was great. My HR was ALWAYS in touch (and I by always I mean even during weekends and replying in minutes.) I am very grateful to be able to work with them. I felt the support during all those years. Furthermore, the pay rate was excellent as well, and it was always negotiable.
