A very employee centric company. Provide growth oppurtunity and necessary training from time to time to help the employee develop their skill in niche technology. HR department is very quick in addressing employee grievances . It is my 4th year with the company and must say that it is a very good company to work for. Company has technical expertize in cutting edge technologies and have investment in market changing products.

1) On time pay 2) Professional immigration support 3) No visa documents holding games 4) Direct access to CEO who is a very assertive and sharp person 5) You get paid for what you are worth 6) Dynamic HR & recruitment team who are all having face to face interactions with clients, unlike some other companies where the recruiters are from India trying to place you in USA. 7) Direct vendors for majority of the IT clients in the phoenix valley.

Salary on time. Immigration support but pay on your own.hard to get projects outside chandler area. very slow green card

Very cheap unethical family run business. Slimy dishonest CEO. They keep delaying green card to extract lot of money from poor h1b. no proper consistent culture. only people who butter the ceo are somewaht treated nicely. too much dirty politics. no concept of fairness. very poor benefits.

This post is absolutely unfounded for several reasons. This person specifies they were a former Sales Manager with IntraEdge, which is not true as our Sales Manager never left and is still with us. Also, we have a very solid reputation in regard to immigration and would be happy to have candidates speak directly with our Immigration Attorneys as part of the interview process. The comments are defamatory, reckless, and unfounded.
