      Horrible, if you loe your career and growth don't join this company

      Join only for money, nothing else you will get

      It's not an IT company, you don't know what you have to do next day, every day you will get work for that day which you have to complete anyhow, it's like they have hired dihadi labor!! Management is so pathetic that they will show that they are understanding your problems but will never actually do anything about it. They only have 1 client called Apollo, so you can not get project change. Most of the projects don't have any technical work, and you will be just doing pathetic work like putting data in data base or CMS. If you really are passionate about your career and job, then don't join this company at any cost.

      Its a great company to work with.Great work life balance and good salary.People are friendly and make work as fun.Its growing fastly.

      Cons

      Dont see much onsite opportunity as of now although few people are going.Nit much challenging work.
