Pros
They have good practices and help people when needed. Money wise, pay check wise, this is a good company. Immigration wise (H1-B) they will support to the fullest extent.
Cons
Their base is limited to Phoenix, AZ area. So, getting a new project sometimes becomes very challenging. Your placement team would not share any blame for bungling a lot of good opportunities. I speak directly to vendors who say they quote very high prices for consultants and that makes them lose out on many opportunities. HR can be slow at times but they are attentive.
