Open, friendly, accessible company culture
Pros
Anyone with a well considered question can talk with almost anyone else. THere seems to be a culture of respect and openness that pervades the entire staff. The sales culture is focused, but not intimidating; the products are well respected, and evolving at a positive rate. Their is a high degree of integrity in all the parties with whom I deal. Business has been great, but still, work-life balance has been excellent. Top level executive leadership really solid, honest, pleasant and insightful people. I have been at Intralinks for many years, and am very pleased to be able to be part of this team. Highly highly recommend Intralinks for sales and support positions of any type.
Cons
Nothing peculiar to Intralinks; as in any sales orgs, there are often 5x people looking to grow within the org than their are opportunities to move up.
