It was a decent workplace at some point.

Cons

Only in Intralinks have I seen layoffs while executives were holding speeches about the fantastic growth of the company. Those speeches were taking place in a room with people who were just announced that they were going to get laid off. Sweeping the truth under the rug seems to be a common practice in Intralinks. It got even worse when Intralinks got acquired by SS&C. They lowered the standards for hiring new people. The technology stack is grossly outdated.
