Pros

The culture at Intralinks is very positive and collaborative, there is good sense of common purpose, camaraderie and alignment of goals. From an SRE perspective, there is a real emphasis on removing the "busy" work and working smarter, with a low tolerance for repetitive tasks, as well as a focus on making processes streamlined and less onerous. Management is interested in keeping employees happy. Still fully remote with no pressure to return. Lots of new technologies are being used and evaluated - there is no fear of change. Lots of opportunities to become an SME with new stuff coming down the pipe all the time. There are training opportunities as well. Socially, the people are nice and there is no arrogance that I have noted. There are some clubs like soccer, which have started meeting again, and team-building social events (virtual so far).

Cons

No major downsides to working at Intralinks.
