Pros

Vacation accumulation is good compared to other places

Cons

Pay raises are given to everyone regardless of performance, making it a poor work environment. Little to no sick time compared to other places. No advancement of qualified individuals, only people who suck up or do little to no work.

Pros

Pay is kinda decent. You will get a van and gas card so its expense free driving for work.

Cons

No accountability from any management. Everyone is all about themselves from lower management to upper management. Managers will blame their employees or employees of other departments for the mistakes they as managers make or the fact that they are not competent as managers at all. Favoratism and corruption. Bribes being taken and "favors" are constantly done to keep a turned head.
