Well it used to be "Rome", we had a nice thriving working place, young smart colleagues, opportunities to deal with many projects in different countries around the globe, travel in many Lotteries and perform on-site work, a hope for a bright future where we could take GTech out of its throne.. Some Cons existed of course like low salary and flat structure but below are the real Cons now:

Cons

The company is deconstructing and really nobody seems to care. All the great minds and experienced employees who built this structure are leaving the boat and nobody seems to care to keep them. People can find better careers with better prospects, salary, and treatments in Greece and of course are leaving.

International operations, a lot of latitude in technology, project and product development. Good place to get a broad experience as there are no job descriptions and boundaries.

Cons

Absence of any guidance and career path development. Corporate governance are unknown words.
