Pros

Good salaris and positions if you are friends of the shareholders. Good travelling but without any real feasible business prospects.

Cons

The company is very obsolete in products, restructuring for 3-4 years but with no success. Hiring new people (mainly friends of shareholders) that have no experience in the industry. They experimenting with staff (making people managers or directors with no relevant credentials and no salary adjustment!). Now they are desperate to sell off assets. Customers have very serious problems with the company. They no longer delivering or supporting them properly. The gaming industry is full of INTRALOT CV's of people wanting to leave.
