Pros

Intralox is a great place to work at. 99% of people are very helpful and super eager to help. Management is very reasonable, and the company supports you with the necessary tools without being stingy. Family owned company with values and small company vibe.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities and no career development plans, but if you want to get promoted bad enough, there are ways.
