CEO never spoke to me once. I worked there for more than a year. The office environment was hostile.

Pros

The people are amazing and ready to help with unlimited patience if you have any questions or are stuck while coding. If you do not know whether to work for a large or small company, Intrepid has the balance of small teams on projects (maybe work with 6-7 people directly at a time but usually less) with a corporate overall feel (many events planned and community trips for drinks, food, shows, etc.). The upper management is also very open about everything from income to opportunities they're seeking to the internal structure/hierarchy. I have loved my experience working here so far!

Cons

Because you move around between small teams for projects, there are some times where you have to crunch to meet deadlines and other times where there is not a lot to do. They do have many different internal improvement jobs you can work on to improve your abilities and help the company.
