- lots of exposure - large company so lots of networking opportunities - beautiful office and views - lots of internal company events - lots of room for growth

Cons

- insane hours - very stressful - very low pay - the company's business plan revolves around having many underpaid juniors doing majority of the work. This maximizes profits for everyone up top. - I left to prioritize my mental and physical health
