      Office location is downtown Vancouver, office coffee is good too

      Cons

      Management is very disconnected with the ground level, room for a lot of improvement. The marketing department is very much a proposal workshop - very little opportunity to work on actual marketing initiatives which is a disappointment. Turnover is very high, which is from the burnout and long hours

      -Micromanagement is next level and draining. -Dis-functional and disorganized. -Monstrous Turnover and no effective project handover. -You are expected takeover these toxic projects and perform miracles. -Principles have zero accountability and just cover themselves. -Worst career mistake you can make is joining Introba.
