      You will work with good experienced engineers.

      Cons

      After Ross Barruzini and Integral acquisition the best people started to leave. There is no culture, no financing for business growth, no strong leadership, overall growth is plummeting and you will feel all of that in a few month of working.

      Before you get to learn everyone's name on your team, your are expected to bill hours on projects that no one seems to have any information on. I just could not work with people who think they are God's gift to Low Voltage design and let you know it. Slimy management and really the worst work experience in my 37 year career. like working in a morgue.

      No support from team or boss, upper management reduced PTO from what people signed on stating that technically it wasn't a contract so they could reduce our days. They also took away quarterly and yearly bonuses. And when a client gets out of hand even though it is upper management's job to work out the issue, they will leave the team high and dry without support. It was the one black person in management last day, on the day they were talking about DEI at the all hands meeting 2 years ago (take that for what you will).
