      Not a place to learn or grow

      Office location is downtown Vancouver, office coffee is good too

      Cons

      Management is very disconnected with the ground level, room for a lot of improvement. The marketing department is very much a proposal workshop - very little opportunity to work on actual marketing initiatives which is a disappointment. Turnover is very high, which is from the burnout and long hours

      None. and I am being kind.

      Cons

      Before you get to learn everyone's name on your team, your are expected to bill hours on projects that no one seems to have any information on. I just could not work with people who think they are God's gift to Low Voltage design and let you know it. Slimy management and really the worst work experience in my 37 year career. like working in a morgue.
