Pros
This company has a lot going for it: Benefits: - Medical insurance is the best I have seen in cost and coverage - Lots of little perks, gifts, swag, $$ rewards for doing exceptional work etc - ESPP is best in the business - Amazing number of holidays and 'recharge' days around Christmas that you don't have to use vacation for Work Life Balance: - They are serious about this, don't work late unless you must (critical issue) - At least on my team we are encouraged to take time to care for family members or ourselves - Hybrid work has been great
