Pros

Benefits (especially healthcare) are first rate. Leadership is very good. Design is highly appreciated and generally well respected, although some senior leaders still tend to meddle where they should not. Excellent IT infrastructure.

Cons

Meetings tend to consume ones calendar. Telecommuting was slow to be embraced.

Pros

Good work/life balance, competitive pay and quality benefits, tradition of emphasizing the customer and focusing on solving well for users' unmet needs

Cons

Old core products that need more than just a refresh, too many meetings, difficulty in really moving the needle on innovation
