Pros

Intuit has a flat hierachy. Between CEO and the lowest level there is probably only 5 layers.

Cons

It is difficult to get promoted espectially to a level of Director. Typically you are where you are hired even after years on the job. Somehow outsiders are always attractive than promoting within for Director level and above.
