      - competitive compenstation with stock backed up bonusses - great support for employee and family - many programs which gives back to the community - plenty of professional challanges - position mobility is encouraged - greay vibes

      Cons

      - as in big corporates, regulations to meet which sometimes put breaks - allot of internal infra to learn how to work with - a bit too often re orgs
