Like Office Space. Mostly middle managers in charge trying to get promoted. Some good people but not in management.

Pros

Multi-generational and culturally-diverse experts, developers, staff. Friendly work environment with well-established standards to ensure fairness, satisfaction, and communication between employees and management. Work infrastructure that enables to dedicate time to discovery, probing and testing of own and/or third-party methods and techniques (before any type of implementation)

Cons

Need to advocate for AI-based software methods that are not Machine-Learning mainstream.
