Pros

The culture is great! They are always have meetings for input or breaks during busy seasons for feedback.

Cons

The shifting in the company can be a down thing. There is always a reconstruction to look forward too. But you always have an opportunity to be rehired later.

Pros

Vast array of questions regarding technical tax advice and input advice for Turbo Tax software from customers all over the United States. Compensation was lower than desired.

Cons

I did not like having to give input/computer advice for clients. Turbo Tax is a cumbersome software program and it is difficult to get people to answer questions correctly so they are steered to the correct input screens.
