      Great Mission, Employees are well respected

      It is simply too hard to get anything done. Everyday feels like another uphill battle, which you are never going to win. Leaders have completely unreal expectations, and then ask you what you can do about Burnout. Unfortunately, the leadership has lost touch, and there is a mass exodus of people starting. Such a shame for a once great company to fall victim to its own success.

      Awesome work environment - beautiful San Diego campus. People are some of the best in the industry and really care about each other. The company has great values and adheres to them. The company's mission is to improve the financial lives of our customers which is very admirable.

      Cons

      There are a lot of meetings but the company is working to reduce them. It is a very face-to-face culture so if you want to work remotely it is difficult.
