Excellent compensation and benefits Genuine sense of purpose Wonderful people/colleagues Lots of room for career growth, vertically and laterally. There is psychological safety on many teams.

Cons

Constantly shifting org structures are challenging. Friends have had 5 managers in 2 years. Intuit runs LEAN. We are often under-resourced. The culture of some organizations in Intuit is reputed to be toxic.
