Pros
Pay and Benefits are good, but merit and incentive comp has declined over the past few years
Cons
With the move away from Brad Smith’s tenure as CEO, the culture has become increasingly toxic. Leftist propaganda is off the rails even as a majority of employees do not support it. It is almost comical how bad leader has read the tea leaves.
