Pay is not to bad

Not a tech company. It's a marketing company milking its monopoly. Devs goal is built a portfolio to get promoted and move on the the next project for the next promotion

Pros

- pay and benefits are good

Cons

Culture has become terrible. Extremely political with culture of retribution for anyone who doesn’t play the game. Company does reductions in force at least twice yearly and large layoffs every 3-4 years. Commitment to employees is all hype. After latest layoff, they tried to block those laid off from getting unemployment benefits. Used to be an incredible company but no more.
