      Pros

      The people leading often try and do the right thing, whether most employees understand this, or not. Emphasis overall is on the people. Good culture. The change in leadership and growing pains globally certainly add some pressure, but at the end of the day, Intuit really does make the effort to create a great place to work and pays well. The rest is up to you, as it should be.

      Cons

      Too much org change. Sometimes right when it seems things are working, there is another change. Downstream impact on supporting functions seems to create many challenges.

      Management tries to move fast but can't get past itself

      Pros

      The people are genuinely nice, and the products Intuit makes really are designed to help people. Work life balance has the potential to be good.

      Cons

      Management has trouble making decisions that stick, and multiple leaders get involved in decions without contributing much. Furthermore, improvements in decision-making they've tried to make have actually slowed things down. There are now massive coordination meetings with 200 people sitting there, not doing anything as 2 people have a conversation.

      Pros

      They make an attempt a at trying to build a good company culture.

      Cons

      You will continuously fear for your job no matter how hard you work or how above and beyond you go. They are always looking for a way to get leaner. It appears they have a certain percentage of people that they manage out no matter what. Good, quality, hardworking, intelligent people. This isn't my sole opinion.
