Pros
Intuit has great benefits and I really feel like I belong. I have been here for many years now and my team is really accommodating and is always looking for ways to challenge the status quo and innovate. Yes, there may be days where you have to get work done in the evenings, but its makes up by having a really flexible schedule. The hybrid workplace is really great too. My team tends to come in Tues/Wed which makes its really easy to be/work anywhere for 5 days straight. Overall, I can't complain. I know there are other companies that don't provide this type of balance along with a competitive benefits package.
Cons
Performance ratings are a bit ambiguous. They force rank amongst the org that you are in so even if you exceeded you scope and goals, there's a good chance you would only get achieved expectations which is really frustrating.
