Pros

flexible work env mobility great benefits challenging work and opportunities

Cons

nepotism - New VPs and Directors bring their friends and families to Intuit! Now the trend at Intuit Plano is to hire discards from Sabre and American Airlines :)

Pros

Good benefits, good work-life balance

Cons

Green card category is EB3 even if you are a senior software engineer with a master's degree and 5 + years of experience. Lots of politics and favoritism. People who are not good at their jobs but can talk fluff are valued more Promotions are slow unless all you do is flatter your boss and be a yes-man

Pros

Good pay and profit sharing

Cons

Green card category is EB3 even if you are a senior software engineer with a master's degree and 5 + years of experience. Promotions take forever at all levels, as there's a lot of politics.
