Pros

Steady work from home job

Cons

Terrible now! They added a QA review system which fails all your work when issues are outside your control. Tracking your every move online. Pay is so low I can't make ends meet even though I have an accounting degree that did not matter. You spend half your time tracking documents and checking checkboxes. Look for a good job.

Pros

Good salary and benefits, clean and updated infrastructure

Cons

Management says they care for employee well being, but their actions don't show this is true. Employees are burned out. Performance review system is entirely broken. Heavy with office politics and favorites.
